 John Larrabee

John Larrabee joined the R.H. Keleher Company in 1980 after studying at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.  As the company’s first employee, John’s initial responsibilities ranged from loading trucks to outside sales.  John’s success has evolved from years of hard work and dedication to customer service.  His strength has been in building relationships with customers and vendors in the 30 years he has worked at the Keleher Company.  In early 2010, John purchased the company from Bob Keleher who retired from the business after 33 years.  John looks forward to continued success and servicing his customers for their future pipe support requirements.

John lives with his wife and three children in Needham where he grew up.  When not working, John enjoys playing hockey and golfing.

 Robert Keleher

Robert H. Keleher started the R.H. Keleher Company in 1976 as a one-man operation supplying threaded rod and hardware to the plumbing and heating trades.  The Keleher Company has expanded over the years to include full pipe support and fabrication. Bob’s commitment and dedication to customer service has been instrumental in the growth of the business.  RHK now has ten full time employees and services primarily New England, but has been involved in projects as far away as Hawaii.

Bob has lived in Needham, Massachusetts most of his life and retired to Florida in early 2010. Bob’s passion will now be seen on various golf courses in Florida.

 Chris Earnest

Chris Earnest joined the R.H. Keleher Company 15 years ago as the office manager.  When you call the Keleher Company, most likely it is Chris’s friendly voice you hear. She prides herself on customer satisfaction.  She wears many hats and has been known to fill an order or unload a truck if necessary. Chris’ responsibilities include telephone orders, accounts payable, shipping management, and order processing. She helps customers get the most value for their money and is the go-to person when questions arise.

When not at work, Chris enjoys spending time with her family especially her young granddaughter.


 Jessica Larrabee

Jessica Larrabee, the Keleher Company’s newest employee, began working part-time in the warehouse while she was in high school.  Jessica attended Hofstra University before graduating with honors from Babson College in 2008.  After spending a year in San Francisco developing the marketing department for a gaming company, she joined the Keleher Company full time.  She is now working on a certification in sustainable design at Boston University. At RHK, Jessica offers technical support, handles human resource responsibilities, and assists customers with orders. She designed new catalogs and drove the implementation of this website.

Jessica is a loyal Patriots fan. She enjoys running, photography, travel, cooking and is interested in green initiatives.

 Paul Costello

Paul Costello’s experience in the pipe hanger industry has spanned forty years, 22 of them at the Keleher Company. During this period, he has supplied and coordinated pipe support systems for some of New England’s largest projects, including National Semiconductor (Portland, ME), Intel (Hudson, MA), Amgen (Warwick, RI), Merk (Allston, MA) and recently the Bristol Myers and Evergreen Solar projects (Devens, MA). Paul’s primary responsibilities at the Keleher Company are sales promotion, technical support, project bidding and new product development. He comments that his greatest job satisfaction comes when the Keleher Company provides an efficient cost effective hanger system along with consistent, excellent service.

Paul is a graduate of Boston College, School of Business Management and presently resides in Westwood, MA.


 Gary Wilcox

Gary Wilcox offers both sales and engineering experience to customers of the Keleher Company. With his technical expertise, Gary can help his customers design the most cost efficient pipe support system. Gary earned his BS degree in engineering from Roger Williams College and has worked in the pipe hanger industry since 1971.  Throughout his career and prior to joining the RH Keleher Company in 2002, Gary held positions including Project Manager, Estimating Manager and National Field Service Engineer with various manufacturing and distributing companies.

Gary grew up in Rhode Island and lived in the Midwest prior to settling in the Boston area over 20 years ago. He lives with his family on the South Shore.


 Matt Kane

Matt Kane joined the RH Keleher Company in 1993 as a warehouse worker the summer after he graduated from Millis High School and continued to work at the Keleher Company while attending the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.  Matt then returned to the company full time as Warehouse Manager.  Since then, his responsibilities have expanded to include scheduling delivery trucks, purchasing and inside sales. When RHK moved into its new 34,000 square foot warehouse, Matt was instrumental in organizing the new space to allow for efficient handling of orders.

Matt currently resides in Millis with his wife Amy and their three children.  He is an active member of his community where he is a volunteer basketball, baseball and football coach for local youth sports.

 Travis Libman

Travis Libman is currently working as a driver and assistant warehouse manager for the Keleher Company.  He was born in Lynn, MA and moved to Medfield where he graduated from high school.  In 2007, Travis graduated Cum Laude from Curry College where he majored in communications with a focus on advertising for media and radio broadcasting.  Travis has been with the Keleher Company since 2002 and has been entertaining his co-workers every day since.  Along with working at RHK, Travis is also a radio DJ in Boston for 100.7 WZLX. When Travis isn’t traveling, you can usually spot him playing racquetball, weight lifting or taking pictures in his spare time.

 Dennis Seely

Dennis E. Seely has been a driver for the R.H. Keleher Company since 1989. He has also had a parallel career as a Navy Seabee in the US Naval Reserve.  Dennis achieved the rank of Chief Petty Officer before his retirement in 2006 after 22 years of service.  Shortly after 9-11, Dennis was activated with a special operations unit and sent to Crete to protect US and NATO ships. Dennis has also provided security in Egypt and Puerto Rico.  Before working at the Keleher, Dennis worked as an accountant for almost 20 years.  He graduated from Burdett College and Northeastern University with a BA in Accounting and Suffolk University with a MBA.
Dennis and his wife Diane live in Uxbridge where he is actively involved in town committees and the local VFW where he serves as Quartermaster. 

Dennis has three grown children and is expecting his sixth grandchild.  In his spare time, Dennis enjoys fishing, hunting, boating, camping and collecting antique model trains.
